Back in the old days before computers, electrocardiograms had to be hand-traced so doctors could read
these examples easier in publications. This was done by tracing over the readings on multimedia vellum.
The tracings were then laid over the grids. It had to be perfect. It was not easy.
I did over a thousand of these in my day.
